no fire...

Just an update - I only had half of my sandwich from yesterday. =) AND I am happy to report that my tummy is fine!

hehe - phew!!! That could have been a disaster!!

Interesting. I had lunch at my club yesterday with the boss and some clients and I did not fare so well. Especially in the middle of class...
