Here's more about what we're working on here in Bangladesh...this article that was forwarded to me by a colleague from the Economist talks about the pending shortage of skilled workers in Asia. Asia and the Middle East are expected to grow exponentially in the next several years, but some sectors are already facing challenges in being able to recruit and keep qualified employees to help support and maintain this growth.
